Resumen:

Like any other industries, construction companies are eager to reduce the uncertainty of reluctant events. A well planned risk communication system will optimistically affect and influence the construction project success. A proper announcement protocol will leverage risk mitigation for those identified or unidentified risk during planning and monitoring processes. The waste of resources, time, and money due to unplanned risk communication system will tremendous outline improper project’s performance. The purpose of this research is to develop a communication risk management system (CRMS) for construction companies that are connected with large projects. The proposed model will address a step by step communication direction while taking into account the authority level within the organization hierarchy structure. In addition, the risk response plane will be optimized to insure effective risk management plan. This model attempts to remove the ambiguity of risk communications during construction process uncertainty conditions. It leaves no or little rooms for unplanned risk to emerge. The proposed communication structure has been implemented on GRC cladding construction projects and the risk communication time and response has been improved significantly.
